Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Certainly. Orders can be canceled within the initial 24 hours after placing your order. To proceed with cancellation, kindly reach out to us at hello@noufs.sg.

Please note the following conditions regarding cancellations:

  • For non-custom orders or items canceled beyond 24 hours from the purchase date and time, a restocking fee of 10% (after any discounts, if applicable) will be imposed.
  • All personalized or custom purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled.
  • Orders that have already been shipped out are not eligible for cancellation.

Return, Exchange & Refund

Can I Return, Exchange, or Refund My Order?

Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. Additionally, all personalized or custom purchases are considered final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

However, we do offer the option to return or exchange regular-priced items within 7 days from the shipping date. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted for items that are wrong, defective, or damaged upon delivery. To determine if your item is eligible for a refund, exchange, or return, please ensure that your order meets the following criteria:

  • The item has the manufacturer's tag intact.
  • The packaging is unopened and undamaged.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

Please note that exchanges, refunds, and returns are not available under the following circumstances:

  • The item has been damaged due to abuse, wear and tear, or misuse.
  • The original tags have been removed or tampered with.
  • The stipulated 7-day window for exchanges or returns has expired.
  • All personalized or custom purchases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

How Can I Initiate a Return or Exchange for My Order?

If you believe your item meets the criteria mentioned earlier and you wish to return or exchange it, kindly contact us at hello@noufs.sg. Please provide photos of the defective or incorrect items for our reference. It is crucial to note that we do not accept any exchange or return requests without prior information or requests. Upon contacting us, you will receive an email containing instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Once we receive your order, we will carefully inspect the item and inform you of its eligibility for exchange or return. In cases where the item requested for exchange is out of stock, we will provide you with a full refund for your order.

Refund

Once you send your order back to us, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the item to ensure its eligibility for a refund.

If the item meets the necessary criteria, we will proceed with refunding the full amount of your order to the original source of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, as the credit card company or bank requires processing time for the refund to be completed.
