Delivery Timing
Upon completing the payment and confirming and processing your order, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Deliveries are scheduled between 8 am and 11 pm.
Delivery Fee Structure
- A flat rate of $5.9 applies to all orders below $99, excluding the delivery fee.
- Orders amounting to $99 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I Track My Order?
Certainly. Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, we will send you a tracking URL and tracking number to the email address associated with your account. Please check your email for further details.
I Have Entered the Wrong Delivery Address. What Should I Do?
If you have mistakenly entered an incorrect delivery address during checkout, there is no need to worry. As soon as you notice the error, please send us the correct delivery address along with your order number to hello@noufs.sg. If your order is still being processed and our courier partner has not picked it up yet, we will make the necessary changes.
However, if your order is already in the hands of our courier partner and en-route for delivery, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to update the delivery address.
Please note that despite our utmost efforts, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Therefore, it is essential to ensure the accuracy of your information at all times.
